In 2018 I learned about Glyphosate, I had never heard of it directly before. You can read up on it here. Basically if you eat non-organic food, you are getting exposed to it. Another good read on the topic here.

I got tested and found I had elevated levels. I did some research and found this supplement that helps to remove Glyphosate from your body.
